16 May

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 16, 2020) — Patrick Novecosky, editor of this blog, was a guest on EWTN Radio’s The Church Alive this morning. The program is hosted by Dr. Matthew Bunson, Brian Patrick, and Fr. Thomas Petri, OP.

During the 16-minute segment, the hosts asked Novecosky about his new book, 100 Ways John Paul II Changed the World, which commemorates Pope St. John Paul the Great’s 100th birthday, coming up on May 18, 2020. They also asked him about Pope Benedict’s letter, John Paul II’s role in the Second Vatican Council and ending communism in Eastern Europe, and the newly opened cause for canonization of JP2’s parents.
